Our policy is that after you sign up we will send you a subscription agreement to review and sign. You’re welcome to cancel and get a full refund if for any reason you don’t wish to sign our agreement. Once you have signed the agreement then the joining fee is non-refundable.

If you give notice to cancel within 14 days of signing the agreement then we reserve the right to charge you for any days you actually use the bike, any courier fees and for any damage incurred. After the first month of receiving the bike, you can cancel anytime with just 30 days notice. Please tell us as soon as you wish to cancel, and we will arrange the collection of your e-bike and attached equipment hired under the plan from you for a collection fee. Alternatively, you can drop your bike off free of charge at our headquarters in Hackney. Contact us at hello@blike.com
