Maintenance

A note from your on demand team mechanic...

We’re happiest when we are in tip-top condition and our bikes are no different, which is why you get a professional bike set up and a yearly service included in your package. We’ll also be here for advice and to diagnose any issues that may arise. (email: hello@blike.com phone: 0800 099 6142)

We will assemble and set up your bike prior to delivery to your home or place of work, or after delivery at a time that suits you.

If you would like to unbox and assemble your new bike yourself that’s cool too, we’ll just pop round at your convenience with any accessories you have ordered and give the bike a once over to be on the safe side. While we’re with you we can run through the functions of the bike, lock and app (if it has one) and advise you on geometry and fitting.

After 6 months we will contact you to arrange the bike’s first annual service. This will be carried out in our workshop by a qualified and experienced mechanic who knows your bike inside out. To keep you rolling we’ll arrange to collect your bike and leave you with a courtesy bike to use in the meantime. Typically you will have your bike back within 3 days. See below for what’s included in the service.
