Ideally, we would like you to collect your bike at our store in Hackney. It’s free to collect and our team can go through the bike and set you up ready to ride away. We understand it can be difficult to collect for some of our customers, so we can arrange a delivery, directly to your home or to your local bike shop (details below).

We assemble and set up your bike up to 95% prior to delivery to your home or place of work. If you have a favourite local bike shop, send our team the info and we can get it delivered to the shop of your choice, subject to the bike shop’s charges.

If you would like to unbox and assemble your new bike yourself, great, we have videos we can share with you on how to assemble your bike. There are only a few simple steps, but we’re here to make sure you get the Left and Right pedals installed correctly!

Your First Free service is 6 months from the start of your subscription. You can book this with our Blike approved partners across the UK, or book with our London workshop. If for any reason your bike has to be worked on longer than 72 hours, we can arrange for a courtesy bike at your request to keep you on the road. Please note courtesy bikes are subject to availability and you may not receive your exact model.

“Aargh! I’ve got a puncture" – no problem, it happens to the best of us. For any on the road repairs or extra servicing, we’ve partnered with Fettle and Tyred.

Fettle have a number of workshops across the UK, plus a nationwide network in conjunction with Kwik Fit. Tyred are a dedicated team of mobile mechanics who fix and service in and around London, should you get into trouble and need roadside assistance. Call the Blike team and we will guide you with where to get a repair. Please note general repairs such as punctures etc are not covered in your Blike subscription.

  • Frame and fork checked for wear and damage
  • Wheels and rims inspected
  • Pedals and crank checked
  • Tires inspected and inflated to specifications
  • Brakes adjusted and tuned
  • Frame and fork wiped down
  • All bolts and connectors checked
  • Firmware and software updated in specified approved workshops
  • Parts not covered by warranty, wearing parts older than 12m, or parts damaged by misuse, may be chargeable and will be quoted and agreed with you in advance
