All of our bikes are covered by a warranty to protect you against any manufacturing defects. Most non-wearable components and accessories will also be covered by a 12-month limited warranty.
Please make sure you book your post-delivery inspection as improper assembly and set-up of your bike can be hazardous and may invalidate the warranty. Remember that during the hire period, all equipment remains the property of Blike and you must ensure you do nothing to invalidate the warranty. At the end of the plan, you may elect to take ownership, at which point we will happily transfer the remaining warranty to you.
So in the case of an issue arising, please contact us first. We will work closely with the brand to seek a resolution according to their terms and conditions and as swiftly as possible, within a reasonable time frame.
We will do our best to provide you with a suitable courtesy bike to use for the duration of the warranty claim, subject to availability.
